Makes: 6 servings (12 corn dogs)

Ingredients:
- A packet of 12 hot dogs.
- Flour
- Bread Crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Oil
- Mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, or relish (if desired)
- 12 Skewers
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup of water
- 2 Plates, Serving plate and bowl
- Heat the hot dogs in water for 5 minutes (or until the water bubbles). Then Put the hot dogs on a plate.
- Get the other plate and put the flour on it. Get the bowl and crack the eggs open.
- Take each hot dog, one by one. Dip each of them wholly into the egg bowl, then put the flour all over them. Then, again, dip them wholly into the egg bowl. But this time put bread crumbs all over them.
- Deep fry them until they get a golden color.
- Put them on the serving plate. Put them in their skewers, and apply the mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, or relish (if desired).
